Shipping and Delivery

1. How will my shipment be packaged?
Our external packaging will in no way suggest the contents of your package. We ensure complete discretion by using generic envelopes and use a vacuum seal with plenty of bubble wrap to keep the product fresh and safe.

2. How can I track my order?
Once an order has been placed and paid for, you will be notified about the shipment status of the package. This notification will also consist of a tracking id or reference number that you can conveniently use to track your order online.

3. What are the shipping fees?

All orders worth $200 and above will be shipped free of cost. For all orders below $200, a flat shipping fee of $25 will be applicable.

4. What happens in case of non-delivery or delayed delivery of package?
We have not faced an issue of delayed delivery or non-delivery of package till date. However, in case if your package does not arrive up to 2 days post the date of expected arrival, notify us and we will file a trace with Canada Post.

If the package remains untraceable or unrecoverable, we will send you a replacement without any additional charge.

5. Does Pure ReLeaf ship outside Canada?
Currently, we do not ship outside of Canada.
